Methodology

Every RepHas AReason.

01

Throwing Mechanics

Power from the ground up — feet, hips, shoulder, release. A repeatable motion that holds up when the rush is real. No wasted movement. No panic throws.

02

Footwork & Drops

It starts with the feet. Clean drops from snap to throw, hitches that put the ball out on time, and escape footwork that keeps the play alive.

03

Ball Handling & Play Action

Snap, mesh, and carry that sell the fake. When the defense bites, the window opens.

04

Pocket Movement

Subtle climbs, quiet slides, and resets that turn pressure into completion. Stay in the play. Extend the down.

05

Football IQ & Command

Pre-snap reads, coverage recognition, and a repeatable process so he plays fast instead of guessing. Then lead the huddle like you belong there.

Trained Where the Pros Train

Every off-season, Coach Maimaron travels to 3DQB — the biomechanics group trusted by NFL quarterbacks — to train, study, and sharpen his teaching. Ground-force, sequencing, timing: the same framework used at the highest level, taught at the right pace for middle school and high school arms.

Pricing depends on format and frequency — private, group, or a custom off-season program. Request info and we'll send current options.

Off-season builds the biggest gains, but quarterbacks join year-round. The earlier the mechanics get cleaned up, the easier every season after gets.
