QB Training
Train the wholequarterback.
Private one-on-one sessions and competitive small-group training for middle school and high school quarterbacks on the South Shore.

01 · Private
Private QBTraining
One-on-one sessions focused on your throwing motion, your footwork, and the reads your offense actually runs. Every rep is coached. Every session ends with something you can take back to practice.
- Throwing motion: base, sequencing, release
- Footwork: drops, hitches, climb, escape
- Ball handling: snap, mesh, fake, carry
- Pocket movement and reset
- Coverage recognition and reads
- Film review tailored to your offense

02 · Group
Group QBTraining
Small-group sessions that put you in front of other quarterbacks. Compete on every rep — drops, on-air throws, route timing, play-action, and live ball handling. The room raises the standard.
- Small-group ratio — real reps, real coaching
- On-air and route-timing throws
- Competitive drill work
- Live ball handling and play-action
- Pre-snap reads as a group
- Builds confidence against peers
Not sure which fits? Private cleans up mechanics; group sharpens them under competition. Most QBs do both.
Inside a Session
What a SessionLooks Like.
01
Movement Prep & Arm Care
Warm-up built for throwing — shoulder, hips, and base ready before the first rep.
02
Mechanics Block
Filmed reps with immediate correction. Base, sequencing, release — from the ground up, one fix at a time.
03
Reads & Situational Work
Drops tied to concepts, pre-snap looks, and throws on time. Train the eyes with the arm.
04
The Take-Home
Every session ends with one thing to work on before the next one. Progress you can name.
Rep counts and workloads are scaled to the athlete's age and arm. A 12-year-old isn't a 22-year-old — development here is measured in seasons, not sessions.
