Dave Maimaron has spent 34 years coaching football — college, high school, and youth — and 15 of them as a head coach building winning programs and developing quarterbacks who play the position the right way.
As a head coach, Dave went 151–34 over 15 seasons: five state championships, fourteen straight league titles, four perfect 13-0 seasons, and the longest win streak in the state at the time — 26 games. He was named New England Patriots High School Coach of the Year for running an offense built around the quarterback.
His training is influenced by the 3DQB system — ground-force, sequencing, timing, and long-term development. Sessions cover the full position: throwing motion, footwork, ball handling, play-action, pocket movement, reads, and the leadership that makes a quarterback a quarterback.
He trains middle school and high school quarterbacks privately and in small groups on the South Shore, and consults for college programs on QB development and offensive structure.
