Phase 01
01The Classroom
We go over every drill in detail. We cover what to do, how to do it, and exactly why you do it so your staff has a shared language for mechanics, footwork, and progressions.
Phase 02
02Live On-Field Demos
We take the field with your actual quarterback group. Coach Dave runs the drills live while your staff watches, learning the precise cues, coaching points, and corrections in real time.

03Mindset & Leadership
Playing the position requires more than a clean release. We cover quarterback psychology, instilling a growth mindset, maintaining positivity, and leading the huddle under pressure.
